Join us as a Senior Finance Business Partner
If you’re an experienced startup accountant looking to take the next step, we could have the perfect challenge for you. In this role, you’ll lead teams of high performing Finance Business Partners, helping them to progress their careers, so that you can progress yours.
The role is split between time on-site at scale-ups dealing directly with entrepreneurs, and time spent at our offices helping to re-invent the modern finance function.
You’ll get the opportunity to fully focus your efforts on building finance teams from scratch at exciting London companies, without getting bogged down in the politics.
Experience in working with fast-growing organisations, ideally in a Head of Finance or equivalent role, is essential.
You need to be comfortable working with entrepreneurs and different functional teams in their businesses. You need to know how to communicate financial concepts to different parts of the organisation and be able to support them when needed.
We’re looking for candidates who are diplomatic but also know how to fight their corner when appropriate.
You’ll be responsible for onboarding new clients, and supporting junior colleagues as they take over management of our clients’ finance functions.
You’ll be supported by a peer group network and a range of experts, so you don’t need to know all the answers. However, you do need to be confident in asking for help when you need it. The role is not appropriate to anyone looking for constant close supervision.
